Our Workshop

We have always been proud of our workshop and service facilities and treat this as a vital and sustainable part of our business. This is evident in our mechanic commitment - with 60 per cent of our staff  operating our workshop five days a week......

 

We are a Shimano Service Centre and also certified by SRAM (Avid) for Brake Servicing.

In recent years we have expanded into our fourth unit at Circus Parade, in order to create a much larger three bay workshop. 

 

Our mechanics are a Team of long term bike enthusiasts with a passion and commitment to what they do.  Over the years our workshop has had the priviledge of working on a very long list of bikes – so there is little our Team wouldn’t feel confident to tackle. We have invested hugely in tooling and machinery to cover every job that comes our way. On the occasion we find a tool doesn't exist - we are able to fabricate one ourselves! Our stock holding of spare parts is also vast -  enabling us to complete most repairs by the end of the day.
